REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONSPOLICY

1. Refunds

  • Refund requests must be made the same day of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

2. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, the order may already be in processing or shipped, and you may need to follow the return procedure.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
